Oxford, England - the historic Oxford!

A 30-minute train ride from London will get you there. This place has been around since the 7th century. Of course, the most famous part of this town is the University of Oxford, and there are no walls between the school and the city. The old buildings you see on the streets include the Oxford Science Museum and the Oxford Museum. As you stroll around, you might accidentally wander into a university lecture hall, as the buildings all look quite similar. They are all made of yellow stone, but with more refined construction, intricate relief sculptures, and windows of varying sizes and positions according to their function. The roads are also quite similar, as are the surrounding plants, so it's indeed easy to get lost. However, this integration of school and city makes Oxford uniquely different.
