The receptionists at the front desk are very friendly and enthusiastic, and they helped me solve a lot of problems. As for the room, the room I stayed in was very spacious, with bright windows and a super large and comfortable bed. However, the sofa chair cushion in the room was a bit stained, which was a bit of a deduction. The balcony is available for smoking, which is very convenient for smokers. The room is equipped with a mini bar, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi, with complete facilities. Speaking of the swimming pool, I really have to give it a thumbs up! Although there is construction near the hotel, this seems to be common in Phnom Penh. Overall, Chic Home Hotel is very cost-effective, and both the facilities and services are satisfactory.
