Blue harbour An exclusive location coffee shop at the hillside, with parking on top. Limited parking spaces. There's a dining area on top, but I recommend walking down to the lower cafe for the beautiful view. The lower cafe area is lovely, with an outdoor space and a charming air-conditioned room decorated like a private island or beach (which may not have white sandy beaches but has the beauty of the sea). The sea is beautiful even on the stormy day I visited, with overcast skies and not-so-clear water. The lower cafe area is not suitable for small children, strollers, the elderly, or those with mobility issues due to the steep stairs. The coffee is pricey but the taste is good enough to compensate for the view. The ginger coffee is delicious and outstanding, and the blended coconut water is excellent.
