Although the variety of food is not overwhelming, the ingredients are of high quality and well-prepared. What I like is that the food here is made in small batches and continuously replenished, making the buffet feel like individual dishes. The various foods include: - Seafood: A complete selection of shrimp, shellfish, squid, and fish, all grilled to perfection and very fresh. Especially the large, fresh oysters served with seafood sauce that appeals to both foreigners and Thais. - International cuisine: Including pasta, salads, cheese, cold cuts, and steak. The salads here are particularly good, especially the Greek salad, with fresh vegetables mixed with dressing and cheese. There's also tuna tataki. - Thai food: Including fried rice, stir-fried squid with curry powder, and pork panang curry, all with a balanced flavor. The fried rice is so good you'll want to get seconds. - Grilled food: Such as grilled pork and chicken, tender and delicious. You can eat it with fried rice or with sauce like a steak. - Desserts: Including mango sticky rice, tarts, and chocolate cake, all with just the right amount of sweetness.
