Phuket Philatelic Museum in Phuket Town

Phuket Philatelic Museum is a place worth a visit if you happen to be in Phuket town. As it's just opposite the hotel I was staying, I decided to pop by to take a look. It's not a very big museum and there's no fans nor air-conditioning. As the weather was hot and sunny, most visitors did not spend much time within the museum. It would be great to at least have fans on. The evolution of Thai letter posting box appeals most to me. There's also a display of how a post office looks like decades ago. A counter made of wood, the safe used then, typewriters of olden times. Worth a quick visit if you are within the vicinity and a visit should not take you more than 15 minutes.
