The land of the old town of San Juan begins with this San Cristobal Fort. Although the status of this fortress seems to be less important due to the existence of Moroburg, it is still a strong fortress with a building area of 100,000 square meters. This fortress was built in 1771 to stabilize the Moro fortress and was remodeled in 1783. Although only the main fortress section can be visited, it is said that the five fortresses are connected by secret passages. This configuration is designed to give strategic advantages even if one of the forts is captured and the others are still usable. From the fortress where the cannon was prevented, you can see the Caribbean and San Juan city views, the sea breeze is very cool. There are museums and souvenir shops in the fort.
