And so, he gave up on earthly attachments to attain the monk 🍀 . Here located in Dongcheng district is the Lama temple. It is quite around the corner from the famous Wangfujing street. This temple is also called locally as Yonghe temple, and once it was a royal residence. Over the time, people started to come to pray 🙏 and the Buddhism followed here is the yellow hat 🤠 . You can see different sections of temple starting from the entrance, with some amazing architectures and statues of ancient beliefs. Also they have a magnificient statue of Maitreya, that will make you totally 💯 in love with Buddhism.
