The swimming pool at InterContinental Thousand Island Resort Hotel is a highlight of the hotel and is divided into indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The outdoor swimming pool has an infinity pool and the photos are very nice. The hotel has a special shop where you can buy swimming equipment. However, during the National Day, it was not working properly due to cleaning, but the waiter saw us taking pictures and allowed us to enter the pool for a short time. The weather on National Day has been a bit cold. There are not many people swimming outside. Most of them are concentrated in the indoor swimming pool for swimming. The water temperature in the indoor swimming pool is controlled, so it won't feel cold. The indoor swimming pool is next to the gym. The gym is not big, but it is complete, the iron lifting project is a little less, and the treadmill is not a lot, but it looks good. When we went there, there was no coach in the gym. Some customers were trying out various equipments while wearing slippers. This method is very dangerous, and this supervision is not in place.
