Lam Nam Kra Buri National Park

Lam Nam Kra Buri National Park is renowned for its beautiful Punyaban Waterfall, located along Highway 4 (Phet Kasem Road) and just 3 kilometers from the park headquarters. This stunning waterfall flows year-round and is set against the picturesque Kra Buri River, which forms the border between Thailand and Myanmar. Originating from the Phuket mountain range and flowing into the Andaman Sea at the mouth of the Kra Buri River, the river stretches 60 kilometers in length and up to 6 kilometers in width. The natural surroundings on both sides of the river feature numerous islands within both Thai and Myanmar territories, along with lush mangrove forests. At the Laem Set Kuat viewpoint, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the Kra Buri River, the islands within the river, the Myanmar landscape, and breathtaking sunsets.
