Uncovering Salento, a Town in Colombia’s Coff

From full-on lessons in producing, growing, roasting and brewing Colombian coffee to night markets filled with stall-upon-stall of local bites, Salento was a charming and picturesque introduction to Colombia’s infamous coffee triangle. Despite being just a tiny town within the Quindio department, the quality of coffee that can be found here (alongside the beautiful Cocora Valley) is what put this place on the map. With its rolling green hills, bustling nightlife, beautiful hilltop views and colourful buildings, I couldn’t get enough!
