Hikari Cafe

Hikari’ sounded like a Japanese style cafe name. You know I love Japan… especially their culture, food and coffee also vintage cloth as well! When I first saw Hikari, I had a very simple interior and clean. And Even though this cafe is Located in the CBD, The atmosphere is not hectic. Their signature menu are Matcha, Hojicha Latte. Most customers ordered them. Honestly I thought about following them But I was curious about their coffee more! So I just ordered a Longblack. I drank the Longblack inside the cafe, It flavor similar to what I had imagined. Maybe, I think Hikari also prefer the japanese coffee style, their coffee was so delicious. So they are different from other cafes especially San Diego Cafe style. The ambiance was incredibly cozy and welcoming, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the coffee was simply outstanding. The attention to detail in their food and beverage offerings really set them apart. It's a perfect spot for both relaxing and enjoying a great cup of coffee.
