Every time I visit, I stop by Kitakaro.

The main store of Kitakaro is located in Odori. While I often visit the airport store, the main building was originally a library, then an art museum, and in 2016 it was redesigned by Tadao Ando to become the 'Kitakaro Sapporo Main Store.' Both the exterior and interior are beautiful. The first floor is a shop, and the second floor is a café, which is always crowded no matter when you go. Although it's a store that mainly sells Western-style sweets, their rice crackers are also famous. My recommendation is the 'Biscotto' cream puff. If you like chewy dough, you'll surely love it.
