ANA ANAN Resort & Villas Pattaya

Today, I would like to review the accommodation in Pattaya ANA ANAN Resort & Villas Pattaya It was my first time staying here, I stayed on the 26-27th of the past month, so I wanted to review the place and the service here. ~Review~ 🛖Location and atmosphere: 10/10 Personally, I like the design of the hotel and various corners that look modern, clean, and have many spots for taking pictures. The rooms are clean, and the beds and pillows are very soft. Plus, the hotel is right on the beach, you can walk down and chill by the beach (but currently, there is some construction on the beach area, so it might be a bit noisy). 🛖Service: I give it 8/10. I wasn't very impressed with the front desk staff during check-in. The information provided wasn't very good, and the check-in was quite slow even though there weren't many people at the time I checked in (I went on a weekday). Moreover, they gave me the wrong room. I booked a king bed, but they gave me a twin bed room. I had to call to change it, luckily there was a room available for change, so I didn't complain. But other than that, the service from other staff was very good, I appreciate it❤️ 🍳: Dining room: Personally, the breakfast here is quite plentiful, but not wow. However, I think the table arrangement is quite tight compared to the current situation. **Currently, on the 8th floor, the Over The Moon Sky Lounge dining room was closed when I visited, I'm not sure if it's open now. ❤️The room we stayed in (Oceanview Skybath King Room) is in the villa side zone. There is also a pool in this building zone, which is quite private and has fewer people. ❤️Overall, I like this place and think I would go back to stay again, but maybe try rooms in other zones. ~P.S.
