Qilai North Peak Adventure

Starting from Little Qilai, we descended to around 4k, then began the climb to the vicinity of 6.3k to camp. We started at 10.30am and arrived around 6pm. Then the next day, we continued to climb to Qilai North Peak, which took about 3 hours round trip, and then it started pouring rain! The path on Qilai from 4k to 6.3k is really tough, with inclines of around 80 degrees. People without rigorous training should not attempt this lightly!
