Fairmont buffet at Spectrum

A great place for a quite high quality buffets. The price definitely on the higher side but this is expected from a luxury hotel. The restaurant offers a sort of open air seating (albeit looking down to the lobby) but it does offer a more spacious and open feel. There were two sections to the buffet; one catered more to Western tastes while the other was more a selection of Asian tastes. Both were tasty and delicious but the western selection was really fresh. The Asian section offerd more high end stuff such as sashimi and lobster tails. Finally the staff were always quite friendly and welcoming. This was especially true for the guy at the reception, Phil!
