Today we set off to explore Armenia 🏔️ We traveled with a diverse international tour group and an English-speaking guide, which was a great opportunity to practice the language 🤗 The price for the one-day tour was 2,300 rubles per person 💸👇🏼 🌊 Lake Sevan Stunning views, though it's still quite chilly here in April. Peak season is in August, but even in summer, the temperature rarely rises above 20°C. 🏘️ Haghartsin Monastery My personal favorite from today's trip 🔝. It's an entire complex of temples, chapels, and tombs. The site is surrounded by mountains, giving it a very intimate and cozy atmosphere. 🏙️ Dilijan Everyone calls this place "Armenian Switzerland," but personally, I didn't quite get the hype—no particularly striking views or landmarks. One plus, though: there are good cafes here where we tried some delicious rainbow trout. 🏘️ Goshavank Monastery The monastery itself is beautiful, but there's so much tourist infrastructure nearby that it's lost all its authenticity. Vendors have even managed to set up their stalls right inside the temple 😭
