As soon as I walked into Zi Jing Xuan · New Haipai Fusion Cuisine in Xujiahui, Shanghai, I was immediately attracted by the atmosphere. The restaurant is modern and exquisite, with traditional Chinese elements, making it feel both warm and elegant. The seating is very spacious, providing a comfortable dining environment for every customer. As the waiter handed me the menu, I began to look forward to a journey of taste. 🦞 "Boston Lobster with Scallion", when it was served, the aroma was overwhelming. The scallion and the freshness of the seafood blended perfectly. I took a bite and was impressed by the fresh and tender lobster. Every fiber was filled with the taste of the sea. The aroma of the scallion enhanced the taste of the lobster without overpowering its freshness. This dish not only pleases the taste buds, but also the exquisite plating is visually pleasing.
