Located in Shangyu, it is a national key cultural relics protection unit! The Fenghuangshan Kiln Site Group in Shangyu is located to the north of Dashanxiaowu Village, Shangpu Town, Shangyu District, Shaoxing City. It is a relic from the Three Kingdoms to the Jin Dynasty. This group of kiln sites consists of three parts: Nigupo Mountain, Fenghuangshan, and Qianshan kiln sites. The Fenghuangshan Kiln Site Group has significant historical and cultural value. The products fired at the kiln sites are rich, well-made, with a lustrous green glaze, and diverse decorative techniques. The types of wares include bowls, jars, bowls, plates, zun, etc., and the decorative themes are also quite rich, such as string patterns, water wave patterns, dragon and phoenix patterns, etc. The Fenghuangshan Kiln Site Group is concentrated in distribution, consistent in age, well-preserved in site geomorphology, leading in firing technology, innovative in production techniques, large in scale, representing a higher level of Yue kiln porcelain firing technology during the Three Kingdoms and Western Jin period, and is a typical kiln site of the early Yue kiln's heyday. In May 2013, the Fenghuangshan Kiln Site Group was announced by the State Council of the People's Republic of China as the seventh batch of national key cultural relics protection units. The Fenghuangshan Kiln Site Group is also a part of the Fenghuangshan Archaeological Site Park. The park is surrounded by mountains and water, with beautiful natural scenery, but it is sparsely populated and slightly desolate. In the park, you can see the marks and signs left during the archaeological excavations, including several important archaeological remains such as the Fenghuangshan kiln sites. Next to the park is a celadon museum, and nearby there is the Dashan Village Reservoir, metasequoia, pine trees, and a view from the top that offers a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery...
