"Soy sauce is a must-have in Shaoxing, and every chef in China knows about it." In the 18th year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1892), Xu Renchang invested in the establishment of a soy sauce garden, named "Ren Chang", and thus began the production and operation of Ren Chang Soy Sauce Garden. After a hundred years of ups and downs, Ren Chang Soy Sauce Garden still has "three invariables": one is the ancestral motto of "Ren Xin Chang Long"; the second is the traditional brewing technique of Shaoxing soy sauce; the third is the original factory site. Ren Chang Soy Sauce Garden takes traditional brewing techniques as its core, develops "membrane filtration" technology under low temperature conditions, uses good ingredients and good craftsmanship, and carefully brews good soy sauce, making its brewed soy sauce in line with modern health concepts. There is also a sun-drying room and an open-air sun-drying field in the soy sauce garden as a tourist spot, where you can visit the sun-drying and soy sauce making process at zero distance.
