I have to work on weekdays, so I especially cherish the weekends. I need to depart from the Luohu Port to the Angping Campsite on Sunday, and I don't want to rush to cross the border early in the morning. I thought about having a slow-paced weekend at a hotel near the port, and after checking into the Shenzhen Fuyuan Crown Plaza Suites Hotel, I must say, the money was well spent 😆 · ▪ Hotel Surroundings The hotel is located in the bustling area of Luohu, with a bright sign and building that can be seen from a distance at the intersection. It's only a 4min walk from the Guomao subway station, and about 9 yuan by taxi to the Luohu Port. Within a 10min walk, there are Dongmen Food Street, Japanese Cuisine Building, and large shopping centers. The No. 10 bus takes you directly to Litchi Park in just 3 stops! I strolled around that afternoon, super convenient! · ▪ Room Details We booked a deluxe king room, attracted by the massage bathtub 🛁 recommended by others, which can relieve the fatigue after a whole day of fun. As soon as I entered the room, the mahogany furniture gave a sense of exquisite perfection. The room was fully equipped and clean without any odd smell, and the bedding was very comfortable. When the origami table lamp was lit, the Hong Kong-style retro vibe hit me, and I really liked the textured feel of the retro boutique hotel details! The bathroom was very spacious and well-lit, and the massage bathtub with bath salts and soap was so comfortable 😌 (It also feels like a photoshoot here) · ▪ Service Experience It's so convenient to drive there, the hotel has a private parking lot. Since I had previously registered as an Intercontinental member, they also provided a welcome drink and fruit. During my stay, the room's air fuse made a noise, but after calling the front desk, someone came to fix it within five minutes. I was very satisfied with the efficiency and service. · ▪ Buffet Breakfast Because I wanted to cross the border to Hong Kong early on Sunday, I chose the hotel's buffet breakfast, which had a super rich variety! They offered Chinese, Japanese, and Western styles, and I particularly liked the Chinese menu. I had 2 bowls of soup noodles and beef brisket! · ▪ Hotel Environment & Public Facilities The overall decoration is in Hong Kong style, and the lobby and staircase decorations are currently popular retro styles.
