Upon arrival, three concierges are there to assist: one helps open the car door, another helps with luggage, and another leads you to the front desk for check-in. This is hundreds of times better than the virtually non-existent concierge services at other hotels. 3️⃣ The check-in staff is very considerate, proactively informing about the hotel's layout and some courtesy issues. Subsequently, another staff member leads you to the room, providing a detailed introduction to the hotel along the way.
