Shimoda Park Itinerary: The steps at the entrance are lined with various hydrangeas, including a cluster of white hydrangeas known as Annabelle, which is a beautiful name. After about a 10-minute walk, you will reach Kaikoku Plaza, where several monuments are located. The main stalls and activities of the Shimoda Hydrangea Festival are also held here. Continuing upwards from Kaikoku Plaza for about 15 minutes, you will arrive at the most spectacular hydrangea cluster in Shimoda Park. This area is truly breathtaking and incredibly beautiful.
