View-y architectures

#visitsingapore In almost all of the architecture around the world, windows 🪟 have had their unique design; perhaps because of the sheer importance to get some sunlight & air 😉 without getting burnt out haha. With my little travel experience in south east Asia and having lived in different places in India, the windows in former colonies🗿 have resonated well with what was unique to the respective empire's architecture. I was a great fan of French windows, which I've encountered at Pondicherry in India. Here in this picture, since it was in Singapore I couldn't particularly confirm whether it's British style or French (also to mention these buildings are around Chinatown 😅).
