They used to have a movie showing at the pool area & offered activities in the hotel such as baking & painting. At the time I stayed (2022), they don’t offer any activites in the hotel anymore. They do, however, send you a digital guidebook by email which they call “Quincy Qurates” - recommending dining spots and activities where you can enjoy exclusive perks by showing your keycard. A few days before the start of my staycay, they sent me email so I can pre-register and choose my preferred 5 complimentary mini bar items. It was mentioned that booking for the pool & gym can be made via the front desk (1 hour slots) but when we got there, no booking was required already. I also haven’t seen anybody manning the pool or gym each time I went there on different days during my stay. The sauna and steam room were still closed as of that time. Despite a few “hiccups” during check-in and transferring to another room (when I had a friend stay during the 2nd night), we still enjoyed our stay albeit the not so fancy room. We appreciated the pillows we’ve chosen from their pillow menu (you can choose between a firm or soft one). It was also nice to have a good soak in their tub. Despite the hotel being a non-luxury one, they provided bath salts - which wasn’t available in other non-luxury hotels I’ve stayed in. Front desk staff and the wait staff at the lounge were all courteous and attentive to their guests’ needs. Kudos to Jacqueline and Gerlyn. Breakfast, canapes and cocktails were a delight! For a change, I didn’t have to wake up very early just to ensure I don’t bypass their breakfast hours ;) The hotel has outdoor seats and tables, good for relaxing and chilling with friends. The hotel’s location is good, it’s near shopping areas. You can have a quick workout by brisk walking to Paragon, Lucky Plaza or other shopping malls in Orchard. This is a nice hotel to stay in when you want to have a staycation and shopping spree.
