#mustdo Changi Airport Cactus garden Other than the Gardens by the Bay, you can find an awesome cactus collection right inside Changi Airport. Plus, it is also a great spot to watch aeropanes taking off. Just to give a heads up, this cactus garden is also a smoking zone. So you will always see smokers around. I think it is a bad idea for the cactus since they cannot say no to these smokers. I went to the cactus garden early in the morning, before dawn. It was quiet and I managed to take many nice photos. Most of the visitors at The Cactus Garden are airport staff, taking their break. I also recommend you takeaway a light breakfast and eat it here.
