This time, to resolve their manpower issues, a virtual helpdesk information counter is set up. All you need to do is to get connected and a person will speak to you via video conferencing. The person is still the same Changi Airport receptionist, wearing their uniform. I think it is still better than speaking to a robot or keep pressing options to find template answers. At least, the video conferencing session will resolves any queries.
