The Original Boat Noodle store is a Thai concept restaurant serving Thai food and also noodles in small bowls. The Original Boat Noodle comes the beginning in the rivers of Thailand. The concept of smaller bowls allows workers near by to eat faster and many bowls when they are hungry. In my opinion it helps to allow us to try every thing too. I tried the different broth, springy noodles and noodles. Frankly speaking springy noodles is just instant noodles.
