Some rooms offer stunning views of the snow-capped mountains, Lake Brienz, or waterfalls. 🛋️ As soon as you enter the lobby, you feel like you've entered the Grand Budapest Hotel, with colorful wallpaper, vintage European furniture, a grand piano, and fresh flowers and greenery everywhere, as if you've walked into a warmly decorated castle. 🔑 The room key you receive from the front desk is full of ceremony. ☕️ There is no mini bar or kettle in the room, but you can find everything you want in the public area on the third floor. It's like walking from your room to the tea room, where there is coffee, tea, and fruit. 🛀 The room furniture is very old-fashioned, but the bathroom is brand new, and green is my favorite bathroom color, so I really enjoy taking a bath in it. 🧴 It's worth mentioning that the toiletries smell very fresh and natural, and I couldn't resist buying a few bottles when I checked out, 10 euros each. The hotel also sells souvenirs such as honey from its own garden. 📺 The TV is very small and retro, just like the ones I used to watch when I was a kid, but the hotel thoughtfully provides a program list, so you can easily see which channels are in English, German, French, or radio! I have to say, the quality of a great hotel is all in the details!!! I really recommend that you stay in Brienz for a day when you travel to Switzerland, because if you miss it, I'll really feel sorry for you!
