Jinci Park is located at the foot of Xuanweng Mountain, 25 kilometers southwest of Taiyuan city. It is an ancient temple of the Jin king, which was built in the Northern Wei Dynasty. It was built by later generations to commemorate Ji Yu, the second son of King Wu of Zhou. It is one of the key cultural relics protection units in the country.
