Discovering the Serenity of Tha Li District During the Rainy Season

When talking about Loei Province, many people think of the quiet riverside town of Chiang Khan, the Phi Ta Khon festival town of Dan Sai, the cold flower city of Phu Ruea, or the heart-shaped mountain of Phu Kradueng, among others. However, Loei has many other districts and localities, each with its own unique and peaceful charm, perfect for relaxation. Today, I followed the route from Phu Ruea District to Chiang Khan District, taking the path along the Hueang and Mekong rivers, cutting through the little-known Tha Li District, where I discovered beauty along the way. From the downhill roads of Phu Ruea to a rest stop in Tha Li, the welcoming fog made me pause and create another night's story. Fortunately, even in the rainy season, the night sky was clear (locals say there is little rain), revealing the splendid Milky Way. Just one night there, and I fell in love. How about you?
