Dolphin Bay in Quanzhou!

We had a road trip during Chinese New Year holiday. We came from Zhangzhou then stopped by Quanzhou and our last destination was Fuzhou. When we were in Quanzhou, we saw nice views and places. One of them is the Dolphin Bay. It seems like it's an abandon area. Nobody is there and the place looks like it hasn't been taken care of. I feel like it's a waste since the place is quite attractive. It is huge. There are some accommodations around I think. There are villas around which also look like nobody is living. I think there were some activities the guests could do. I saw a long slide which is I think connected to the sea. If this was open I think it could be one of the attractions in Quanzhou.
