Ancient Tomb Visit in Turpan 🇨🇳

#traveldiaries After seeing all the mummies at the Turpan Museum, it is just very interesting to see where they were dug up. It is such a massive cemetery and they are not yet done with their project here. We only saw 3 tombs that were open to the public and some were still just a hole in the ground which is an indication that they are still in the process of digging up more. My visit there was interesting but at the same time, I felt so bad and sad.
