Back to the future in Valencia 🇪🇸

The City of Art and Sciences was designed by Felix Candela and world famous Spanish architect and engineer Santiago Calatrava who was born in Benimamet, Valencia and inaugurated in 1998. Its cost was 1200 millions of Euros. It is the second time I came here and I am still fascinated by the neofuturistic design. The white constructions are a beautiful contrast to the blue sky. When you are tired of the museum relax in one of the restaurants or have a walk in neighboring park. Attractions- Oceanigraphic, Europe’s biggest ozeanarium Museum of Science Umbracle Park Palau de las Arts (art museum) Hemispheric (planetarium and 3D movie theater Getting There - By tram no. 10 from Estacion del Nord train station 5 stops to Oceanographic station Hotels - Holiday Inn Express (5 minutes walk) where we stayed two nights (photo 11-13) Food, Restaurants and shopping Saler Mall #tripblazers #urbanexplorer #spain #tripmoments
