Meili Ancient Town is located in the southeast of Wuxi City, on the south side of Taibo Avenue near Xinhua Road. It was the capital of the Kingdom of Wu established by Taibo, the eldest son of the last Shang Dynasty king, and is known as the 'Ancient Capital of Wu, New City of Meili'.
