Grand Hyatt Xi'an! Highly recommended hotel in Xi'an! Really don't want to leave after staying!!

The day before check-in, the hotel proactively inquired about our needs. Want to upgrade to a suite and check in early? The official response was that it would depend on the room availability on the day. We arrived at around 10 am the next day, and all our requests were met, awesome. The overall vibe of the place is old money, but the orange accents keep it from being too dull, adding a lot of vitality. We were upgraded to a corner suite, which had a neat layout and spacious room. The executive lounge is exquisitely decorated, the kind of place that makes you feel it's suitable for discussing billion-dollar business deals (unfortunately, I don't have any, when will I have one?). The front desk at the executive lounge was enthusiastic and lively. The hotel is new, so everything is top-notch. USB ports, almost silent mid-range air conditioning, and a powerful hairdryer. Breakfast on the 22nd floor wasn't crowded, but there were many foreign guests, including many Koreans besides Europeans and Americans. The breakfast was rich, with authentic local dishes like saozi noodles, roujiamo, and spicy soup, according to local friends. If I go to Xi'an again, I will still choose Grand Hyatt.
