Xingqing District, belonging to the capital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Yinchuan City, is located in the eastern part of Yinchuan City. It is the core area of the capital Yinchuan City, and the center for science and technology, culture, education, economy, finance, and trade logistics of the autonomous region.
