The classic signature dish, stinky mandarin fish, is rich and savory, and the health-preserving chicken soup pot is very suitable for consumption during the spring chill. The side dishes are mostly from the organic garden of the Banyan Tree, offering the freshness and harmlessness of the food. After the meal, we checked into the Xidi Villa, with a 90-square-meter space layout that feels as comfortable and at ease as returning home. At a certain age, the national style genes seem to awaken automatically, and looking at these new Chinese-style decorations, one can only feel that the aesthetics of Eastern classicism are extremely classic, with a natural and original tone that carries a 'tranquil air'. In the afternoon, light pours in, and a thousand-year nap visualizes the passage of time. The nighttime sleep ritual allows the body and mind to be completely relaxed, with a full sense of healing. The Huizhou culture and art form has a long history, and we learned to make Huizhou woodblock prints at the hotel. The woodblock has already been carved by the master, and you can freely use your imagination to paint and render with colors, creating a unique piece of art.
