I was not discouraged, and decided to visit it on my way back. I drove to the Panda Garden. After contacting the owner, she was so enthusiastic that she not only drove to pick us up for a visit, but also provided free bicycles. The service was amazing 👏! Bamboo Shadow Mountain Residence is newly opened in the Panda Garden. In the morning, when you open the curtains, you will see a picturesque view of the lake and mountains, full of green and blue. It is hard not to feel happy when staying here 🥰. Don't rush when you come to Yueyang, leave a day for Nanhu Lake. Sit on the terrace to watch the sunset, enjoy the lake, feel the evening breeze, eat a bowl of handmade rice noodles, smell the osmanthus fragrance, ride a bike by the lake, and see the cute pandas 🐼 in the afternoon. The homestay has a ferry to the Panda Garden, and the nearby St. Ann's Temple and church school are also very close. The room has a large floor-to-ceiling glass window, offering a panoramic view of the lake. It is located in the Dongting Lake Resort, close to the China Giant Panda Garden, with a shuttle bus service. The lake here is sparkling and suitable for fishing. Cycling and hiking are great, and you can enjoy nature to the fullest. Fall asleep to the sound of the lake at night, wake up to the sunshine in the morning, and stay away from the hustle and bustle. I came to play on the weekend and booked a tatami bed room and a mahjong suite. The Japanese-style decoration is great. The lobby is spacious, the front desk lady is enthusiastic, and there are tea and candies. The room is well-lit, the bathroom is separated from the wet and dry areas, the internet speed is fast, and the disposable slippers are super soft. The hotel is close to Yueyang Tower, and it takes 5 or 6 minutes by taxi without traffic jams. You can visit Bianhe Street and Baling Square next to Yueyang Tower to eat and watch the sunset.
