Taishan Xinggong

Taishan Xinggong, commonly known as 'Taishan Temple', is located in the northwest of Tai'erzhuang ancient city. It was first built in the 13th year of the Zhengde era of the Ming Dynasty (1518) and was destroyed in the Tai'erzhuang Battle in 1938. In 2011, it was rebuilt on the original site. Taishan Xinggong covers an area of 2,000 square meters, with a building area of 826 square meters, consisting of the main hall, the God of Wealth hall, the Guanyin hall, as well as a bell tower and a drum tower. In the center of the main hall is the enshrinement of the Goddess Bixia Yuanjun, flanked by the Goddess of Eyesight and the Goddess of Child Delivery.
