You must take the first segment of the journey to the hot spring hotel, which is the starting point for the hike. There are houses numbered 1⃣️ to 4⃣️, and reaching house number 4 means you are deep inside. You can't go any further because there are warning signs for non-open areas ahead. Hike along the wooden plank road for about 6⃣️ kilometers, which takes about two hours to reach General's Bridge, near house number 1. From General's Bridge to house number 4, it's about a 3⃣️-kilometer hike, mainly on dirt roads and horse trails, so you might encounter horse manure along the way. The distance from house number 3 to house number 4 is not far, but it is a steep uphill climb, so it can be very tiring.
