Her service was incredibly helpful and accommodating to my needs while visiting my son who is studying in Surabaya. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted warmly and friendly by Nia, Yoga, and Andi. Check-in was also quick, so we didn't have to wait long to get into our room. Once in our room, we were very pleased, especially with the balcony.

I usually stay at the one on Tunjungan Street, but this time I chose to try a different Swiss Bell location. True to expectation, Swiss Bell offers roomy accommodations and cozy beds. The staff is welcoming and consistently ready to assist. The breakfast spread is varied and delicious. Additionally, the location is convenient, with easy access to multiple attractions and numerous nearby dining choices.

This hotel has just been newly constructed, and I'm here during the first week since its opening. Everything is spot on. The location, rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff are all excellent. The check-in and check-out process is efficient. It's the best choice if you're planning to stay in East Surabaya. Next to a culinary paradise, Pakuwon City Mall, you won't need to use grabfood/gofood for meals even for a week. Uniqlo is right beside the hotel. Also, there's a wonderful area for jogging enthusiasts.
