Stechelberg is part of the Lauterbrunnen valley, the entrance to the upper valley. Then we took a walk beside Parking Stechelberg to enjoy the nature, river and waterfall. There’s a place for you to barbecue too if you wanted to do so. We had a pleasant walk around that area before we take the cable car to Gimmelwald. You also can take the cable car to Murren. I want to travel to Hong Kong to explore a different culture, nature, and food.

Lauterbrunnen is located in a valley where there js the Lauterbrunnen waterfall about 300m high and you can hear the loud roar of the waterfall from a distance away. For an outdoor and hiking enthusiasts 1 day in this town isn't enough due to the many activities situated all around Lauterbrunnen, simply because there is the staubbach falls hike, the murren hike and the trummelbach hike. When you arrive at Lauterbrunnen by train, walk to the Cable Car at Lauterbrunnen BLM and change to the tram again at Grutschalp. 2 Second route: Murren LSMS via Schilthornbahn (Lauterbrunnen Bahnhof – Schilthornbahn- Stechelberg – Murren LSMS) takes about 30 minutes. When you arrive at Lauterbrunnen by train, walk to the bus NO141 in front of Lauterbrunnen Bahnhof to Stechelberg, Schilthornbahn. It takes about 12-15 minutes, then walk to the cable car at Stechelberg to Murren LSMS, which takes another 10 minutes. We can choose to go and return, different routes. #murren #switzerland

June 27, 28, 29, the last three days of the trip, we began hiking. On the 27th, we hiked from Winteregg to the small village of Murren, then to Gimmewald, and finally to the valley floor. In the morning, we took a train from Interlaken to Lauterbrunnen, then a cable car 🚡 to Grutschalp, and then transferred to a train to Winteregg. We started hiking from Winteregg, heading towards Murren. Upon reaching Murren, we began descending along the valley path. I believe that hiking offers a more immersive travel experience, allowing for a greater connection with nature and providing more perspectives to appreciate the natural beauty.
