Hin Chang Si viewpoint is a prominent attraction of Nam Phong National Park. It is the highest point of the Phu Phan mountain range, offering panoramic views in all directions. To the north, south, and east, the landscape is covered with lush green forests. To the west, visitors can enjoy the stunning and expansive natural scenery of the Ubolratana Dam reservoir, stretching to the distant Phu Wiang and Phu Kao mountain ranges. Additionally, there are prehistoric cave paintings at Pha Phan Daeng and geological wonders like the Thung Kham Phon rock and the Coral Stone Garden.
Nam Phong National Park was officially declared a national park on November 15, 2000, making it the 100th national park in Thailand.
