They serve vibrant cocktails (you can also request for a mocktail version) and contemporary chic cuisine. Do note that their portions are small bar bites, so do expect to order a lot more if you want to fill your belly! We ordered: 1. Saigon Beef - 10/10 tender and well marinated beef skewers that melts in your mouth. 2. Salt and pepper squid - 10/10 well balance of salty and sour; and crunch. One plate wasn't enough 3. crab stuffed squid ink steam bun - 10/10 the crab was fried to perfection, crispy with soft steam bun combinations lett me wanting more! 4. Red diamond - 10/10 citrus sour drink to cleanse my palate 5. Full moon - 10/10 for all the sour drink lovers out there, this one will definitely be your fav! The evening dinner came with a water boarding light show which was spectacular. All guest were given a glass of champagne. All the staff was attentive and friendly, it definitely madevthe whole experience memorable. We celebrated my sister's birthday. The staffs surprised her with a free dessert- coconut panna cotta with grilled mango - it was really yummy. Perfect for sharing. How to get there - a short free boat shuttle from Laguna Beach or Angsana Lobby. Angsana Laguna hotel and resort is just one area with Banyan tree hotel, one company and owner, which will give to travellers a choice a lil bit cheaper, when you cant afford to stay in villa, but one thing is for sure, makes you also feel to live in a luxery hotel, a different version of 5 stay hotel stay. The view is refreshing around, the lake is very comfortable with kayaking with beautiful lilies on the water. The hotel is more near at the seashore. Our 2nights stay here is equivalent to 1-night stay in Villa, but different stories of travel memories. The public pool is also spacious, beautiful nature environment.
