🌸Baizhang Waterfall Scenic Area, formerly known as Baizhangji, is a V-shaped deep gorge located at an altitude of 300 meters to 638 meters⛰️
🌄The upstream of the waterfall gathers a catchment area of more than 200 square kilometers. The torrents converge and rush into the Baizhang deep valley, forming a stepped waterfall group with a height of 100 meters for the first fall, a depth of 100 meters for the second fall, and a width of 100 meters for the third fall. High-speed rail + taxi: Take the high-speed rail to Wenzhou South Station, then take a taxi to Baizhangji Scenic Area, also a good choice.

Enter from the North Gate, exit from the South Gate: It is recommended to enter from the North Gate, go all the way downhill, and easily visit the first, second, and third falls of Baizhang. The first fall is 207 meters high, very spectacular; the second fall can be traversed through the Water Curtain Cave, a great experience; the third fall, though small, has its own charm. The whole journey takes about 2-3 hours, no need to retrace your steps.

✅Lazy Version·No Leg Waste Route:
Arrive at the North Gate around 10:30 in the morning. There are many restaurants near the North Gate parking lot. We found one that looked clean. It's more suitable to start entering the scenic area after lunch. There are not many restaurants in the scenic area🍴, half a day is enough for the tour.
1️⃣Listen to advice❗️Enter from the North Gate, most of it is downhill stairs, which is more labor-saving!
💰20 to take an elevator, directly to the first cascade, saving a lot of energy, because there are still many stairs for us to climb later. After getting out of the elevator, there are about 10 minutes of downhill stairs to the first cascade. It's great for taking photos, but there are many people, so you need to queue up a bit. It's recommended to directly record a video and then take screenshots, which is easier for good shots📷.
2️⃣It takes about twenty minutes to walk from the first cascade to the second cascade. There is a steep downhill staircase. The second cascade is closer to the waterfall, and the water flow is very large! Very exciting! Clothes can easily get wet when passing through the water curtain cave, but there are raincoats and hair dryers provided nearby, so you don't need to bring a change of clothes. The weather is hot, and clothes dry easily.
3️⃣It takes about forty minutes to walk from the second cascade to the third cascade. Most of it is relatively flat stairs. The third cascade is much smaller than the first and second cascades. Some people choose not to see it and return to the North Gate by the same route, then take the elevator. If you choose to see the third cascade, you can take the scenic bus💰10 from the South Gate to the North Gate.

2️⃣Then walk down for 20 minutes to 【Second Jian】, where you can pass through the water curtain cave, which is a passage behind the waterfall. It's quite thrilling with the loud sound of water, and you can take some videos.
3️⃣Then walk down for 30 minutes to 【Third Jian】, located at the foot of the mountain. Compared to the first and second Jian, the third one is particularly small and not very interesting.
4️⃣Continue walking down to the south gate, where you can take a scenic bus back to the north gate, or choose to walk by yourself, but it is not recommended, as there are about eight kilometers from the south gate to the north gate, and it is a mountain road, which is quite dangerous

I finally arrived at the other side of the 'Anyi Door', 'Baijiao Ji'. The Baijiao Ji scenic area is a tourist destination that combines natural and cultural landscapes, covering an area of about 4.81 square kilometers, consisting of two core scenic areas: Liuji Temple and Baijiao Ji.
- In December 2020, Baijiao Ji was rated as a national 5A-level tourist attraction.
- Baijiao Ji Scenic Area is located within the territory of Wencheng County, about 4 kilometers from Wencheng County town, and about 115 kilometers from Wenzhou city area.
- The Baijiao Ji waterfall group is one of the waterfalls with a higher single drop in China, with a total drop of 353 meters and a single drop of 207 meters. In 2013, it was certified as 'China's waterfall with one of the higher single drops' and was selected as one of the 'Top Ten Famous Waterfalls in China'.

The Immortal Drama Filming Location: Baizhangji | A must-visit internet-famous spot!
I drove directly to the north gate of the Baizhangji scenic area, and as soon as I got there, I felt the adventure that was about to begin. Moreover, it was no problem at all without a reservation, I just sorted out the tickets on Ctrip, and students get half-price student tickets😜!
No need to enter the tourist center, just show the QR code directly at the ticket check. Then I saw an entrance on the left side of the tourist center, just go down and you're on the right track. It felt like entering a subway station, with a mysterious atmosphere.
Plus, there's a Hanfu rental shop near the entrance, a must for taking photos📸! After passing through the turnstile, remember to pick up the free raincoat, it's really super practical! There are vendors selling raincoats around, but after all, the ones in the scenic area are free, we've got to be smart😉.
Then, I started my series of descending stairs, all the way down. Remember, for the first waterfall, you have to go behind the pavilion to take photos! You have to climb a bit to get there, don't mention it, the mist was so heavy I almost turned into an 'invisible person'😂. A warm tip, dress warmly, don't catch a cold.
When I reached the second level, the scene was simply amazing, there are blowers on both sides for free use. Wearing a raincoat here is a mandatory rule, but actually, not wearing one is quite refreshing too, haha.
