#outdooradventures During our trip to Desaru, we decided to visit the Desaru Mini Zoo for a little outdoor adventure. It’s a small but charming zoo, perfect for a casual day out. The place is surrounded by greenery, giving it a relaxing vibe. As I walked around, I saw a variety of animals like horses, rabbits, deer, alpacas, fishes and even ostriches. You can get up close and personal with some of the animals, and there’s even an option to feed them, which kids especially enjoy. It’s not a big place, so it doesn’t take too long to explore, but it’s a fun and peaceful spot if you’re looking to enjoy nature and see some friendly animals up close. If you're feeling adventurous, you’ve got to try the ATV ride! It's a good way to add some thrill to your day. The ride could be bumpy but super fun, with muddy paths and small hills that made the experience exciting.

This Mini Zoo is just located at Yard and co nearby. After Enjoying brunch , you may come to this place and bring your kids to enjoy feeding pets and also petting pets . This mini zoo has a variety of animals such as Ostrich, fish, cow, Lamb, chicken, Rabbit and more. Be careful of the ostrich when you feed, they are quite aggressive and will use their mouth to poke humans. Kids most enjoy the chick 🐥 they can carry and petting them. Recommend to come here. Bring your childrens to pet them animals. Entrance ticket are also at reasonable price.

Weekend Getaway at Desaru!!!

A very chill place to spend time with family and your loved ones! From going to the zoo, to the fruit farms, not forgetting the delicious seafood dinner 😋 Highly recommended if you want to embark on a chill trip, enjoying the beach and cafe hopping:) How to get there? DESARU MINI ZOO

Day Trip to Desaru Mini Zoo. 1.5 hr drive away from Jb custom, location is so unexpected. Really a small zoo, or I should say is a Farm. But kid enjoy a lot. Lots of exotic animals but I do feel bad for the horses/donkeys as their legs were tied to the fences and poles. Very minimal movement allowed. I had an awesome time here! The place is super clean and the animals are well cared for and the staff are friendly and chill. The petting area was a blast, especially for the kids. the variety of animal in this mini zoo. Service were excellent. Staff were stationed at the entrance to guide cars entering the premises to find a carpark lot. There was an ultraman welcoming visitors at the door as well. The mini zoo was considered well maintained. There was no major smell like some of the animal farms I had previously visited. Rm20 entrance fee was a bit pricey, but I think considering the maintenence and amenities it was quite reasonable. I hope staff could be better trained to care for the animals. I saw young children carried the chicks and forcefully threw them but the staff didn't attempt to stop these behaviour. Parents had a role to play as well. There are many different kind of animals inside where can interact with the human. Rare animal like , alpaca 🦙, camel 🐫, donkey 🫏, are available inside the mini zoo too. Interactive activity :- Fish catching Chicken catching Fish massage Horse riding Goat feeding with milk And many more . Entrance ticket at rm20/person . Animals food available for purchase too. Serene. Secluded. Spacious room. Family friendly. I have stayed at dozen of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. P.s: need an upgrade for swimming pool to kids friendly. Provide more space for parking (nearby every blocks especially for family travel with small kids and old folks).
