Wonderful Moana Sapa in Vietnam🇻🇳
#vietnamtrip
Sapa, located in the mountains of northern Vietnam, is a French resort town with a small scale but bustling atmosphere and abundant tourism resources. In addition to the Moana check-in point, visitors can also enjoy the following attractions: 1. Fansipan Mountain Peak, one of the few peaks leading to Southeast Asia, watching the sunrise and sea wonders, and even the opportunity to see the snow; Sitting on the small train and cable car leading to the mountaintop, one escapes into the animated world of Hayao Miyazaki's images. A one-day tour of Maomao Folk Village to experience the ethnic minority culture of Sabah; 3. Special hiking, walking in terraced fields, and harvesting unique scenery. A small town on the cloud can be reached in just about an hour's drive from the estuary port of our country, passing through an old street

Discover the buddha path in the mist
Sunworld Fansipan Legend is a prominent development in the Fansipan region, Vietnam. It is a tourist complex that offers various amenities and activities for visitors, including a cable car system that allows easy access to the mountain's summit. Developed by Sun Group, this project aims to enhance tourism in the area, making Fansipan more accessible to a wider audience while preserving its natural beauty and cultural heritage.
Through misty shrouds, I rise on high,
To Fansipan's realm, where eagles fly,
A cable car journey, a dream unfurled,
Above the world, a mystical world.
Ascending stairs, each step I take,
To sacred heights, my spirit wakes,
Enveloped in mist, a whispering guide,
To Buddhist temples, where souls reside.
The mist, a veil, reveals the divine,
Atop Fansipan, where spirits shine,
A moment cherished, forever engraved,
In my heart's chamber, forever saved.
Amongst the clouds, I find my grace,
A journey's end, a sacred space,
With every breath, I'm reborn anew,
In the misty wonder, I find the true.

Traveling to Phuket, Sapa.
One of the conquerors of #Fansipan peak, which stands at 3,143 meters above sea level 🏔️, was beyond expectations, even more amazing than the Amazon. 😍 Although I knew it was beautiful, I didn't expect it to be this beautiful. When I was on the cable car, I thought it would only take a few minutes, but it took almost 20 minutes. The view was so stunning during the journey. It's surprising how it was built so high. 💰I prepared 1,500 Baht for the Fansipan trip, which includes going up to 3 stations and coming back down from 2 stations (the descent is about 1 km from the peak with the most beautiful view). There was a steep staircase, and it was a bit scary to climb down slowly while holding onto the handrail. We went there in late May, and the weather was cool in the lower area, but hot during the day. I thought it wouldn't be much colder up there, but my hands were shaking. It was almost windy enough to make me scream. Fortunately, we went there around noon, and there wasn't much fog, which made it less cold and gave us plenty of beautiful views. I highly recommend Fansipan and Sapa! 🌄🌿🌺 #Fansipan #Sapa #Vietnam #TravelwithVietjet #Klook #JourneysCallsOfficial #TravelVietnam

A foggy day at Fan Si Pan mountain base
We attempted to go up this mountain thrice but we're thwarted by the fog, rain and mist. I commend the ticketing staff who told us in clear language what the view was like had we gone up. they could have sold us the tickets on false promises but they didn't. it was up to us to decide. so we wandered around the Goddess of Mercy temple and took of photos of the flowers and the little park.#fansipan

previously, after Camp 1 (1500m) trekking & d view was shrouded in clouds.
a lil note: the journey from base to Camp 1 took us around 4.42km @ 2:24:49 where we had quick lunch & managed to perform Jamak Taqdim. Then journey to Camp 2 took us another 4.73km @ 3:40:51 at 2800m.
We finally hit the sack right after dinner n prayer. showering wasnt in the plan because was freaking cold!!! #mytripvlog

The Top Of Fansipan
Those that head towards the popular Fansipan mountain, either via the easy route on the cable car or the hard-core route via the hike will end up at the top of the mountain which is 3143m and is said to be the highest mountain here in the indochinese peninsula.
Apart from the magnificent view and the amazing cooling weather there, you can visit the temples here high up in the mountains where there is the guanyin statue looking down the mountain, the great buddha statue, the stupa which gives all these a very godly feeling up here. And of course for those that take the cable car, your entrance fee to view these statues and temples are all inclusive with the ride.

The roof of Indochina
Getting There - From Sapa, you can take the cable car and funicular up to the peak. Or you can also challenge yourself by walking up/down. We chose to take cable car all the way up and walk down from the temple. Take plenty of rest along the way as the journey down is quite strenuous. We were lucky that the weather condition was excellent (in December). We could see the moving cloud and the mountain range visible in the horizon.
Do prepare sweaters/jackets as it’s very windy/cold up at the peak
It’s really intriguing to think people/hiker takes up to 3 days to hike up here but now with cable car, the peak is within everyone’s reach.

Temple on mountain hill
The temple on Fansipan, known as the Fansipan Legend spiritual complex, was built to reflect the cultural and spiritual heritage of the region. It bring spiritual significance as it often referred to Roof of Indochina which holds spiritual importance for many people. It also showcases traditional Vietnamese architecture and religious practices, offering visitors a deeper understanding of the local culture and spiritual traditions. Awe-inspiring natural beauty of Fansipan Mountain 🇻🇳
#solotravel
Ascending Fansipan Mountain via cable car offers a contrasting yet equally captivating experience for solo travelers.
While the journey lacks the physical challenge of trekking, it presents an opportunity for contemplation and marveling at the vastness of nature. The panoramic vistas from the cable car provide a bird's-eye view of the surrounding landscapes, allowing solitary adventurers to absorb the beauty in solitude.
Though the ascent may lack the sense of achievement that comes with climbing, it offers a convenient and comfortable way to appreciate the grandeur of Fansipan's peaks, making it an enticing option for solo explorers seeking tranquility and awe.

Mysterious Mountain
Fansipan Mountain, towering over northern Vietnam, is the highest peak in Indochina, standing at 3,147 meters (10,326 feet) above sea level. Renowned for its breathtaking views, lush forests, and diverse flora and fauna.
Fortunately or unfortunately during our visit in December the mountain was covered in hazy clouds. It had an eerie mysterious vibe, but we loved it!
You need to take a cable car to go up to the mountains. The cable car cost 800.000VND per person for a roundtrip. The cable car journey takes about 30min.
After you reach the mountain you can climb to the top by 2-ways:
-1 walk around 30-40min on some steep stairs, or
-buy a funicular ticket, a small train that will lead you to the top of the mountain (it is about 150.000VND for 1-way).
Depends on the season, it can be very warm or very cold up on the mountain. Be prepared with some extra clothes in your backpack.
You can find some restaurants after you reach the cable car station up on the mountain, but they are quite pricey and the food is not that great!
Be patient, during our visit we had to wait 4hours to get into the cable car due to the long queue of people.
Enjoy!

1 day hike up Fansipan mountain from Sapa, Vietnam. 20km round trip intermediate - difficult but definitely worth the effort! Recommended to anyone in the area also optional cable car back down if feeling tired. Mandatory to go with local guide now as not allowed to trek up the mountain alone, but I think it helps to enhance the experience also they make you a hearty lunch and keep you safe ❤️

Remember to take of yourself from the cold weather on the top. You may catch a short snow at the flag point on the peak.

Conquer The Roof of Indochina
#exploreasia If you are visiting the North Vietnam, don’t forget to pay a visit to Fansipan Peak in Sapa Lao Cai. This peak will give you a scenery of three countries. The height of the mountain was 3,143 metres in 1909, but now the height of the mountain is 3,147.3 metres. It is the highest mountain in the Indochinese Peninsula between Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia hence it’s called "The Roof of Indochina". But, you will need a fortune to get a clear sku as shown in the pictures above because it’s not every we will get a sunny weather.
A pro tips:
1. Take the first cable car at 8am to avoid the crowd and cloudy weather
2. Book a hotel that face the Fansipan Mountains valey which you can find in trip.com
3. Make sure to wear a second layer cloth because the wind there is just so cold.

Fansipan - The Roof of Indochina 🌁
Every corner is a masterpiece 😍🤩
It reaches altitude of 3,143 metres and is the highest mountain in the Indochinese Peninsula.
This was my second visit to this gorgeous location on a sunny and windy day. This incredible sight and the constructions surely drew me in.
I would highly recommend a hike up the stone stairs from the cable car station to the summit, where you may explore all of the marvellous corners that I snapped. If you are not in a good health, you should definitely take the train between the station and the top.

Journey to Fansipan Mountain in Vietnam
There is something truly magical about venturing into Fansipan Mountain in Vietnam during winter. As I embarked on this breathtaking adventure, I knew I was about to witness nature's wonders in their purest form. The allure of foggy peaks and untamed landscapes beckoned me to explore and unravel the secrets hidden within.
The crisp winter air bit at my cheeks as took the cable car towards Fansipan's summit. Every step I took was rewarded with ethereal beauty. The sight of towering Buddha and Guan Yin statues was majestic and left me in awe.
After getting off of the cable car, I had to climb hundreds of stairs to reach the summit. There, I was greeted by a panoramic vista that took my breath away. Mountain peaks stretched as far as the eye could see, evoking a sense of insignificance in the grandeur of nature.
My visit to Fansipan Mountain in winter was an unforgettable chapter in my travel adventures. It was a journey that allowed me to witness the majesty of nature and find solace in its peaceful embrace. If you're seeking a truly personal and awe-inspiring experience, I urge you to brave the winter chill and embark on your own expedition to Fansipan Mountain.

A rewarding and arduous climb up the 600 stairs to reach the summit!
first we took a 15min long cable car ride from the base. following which you can choose to take a shuttle train up and climb only 150 stairs or just go ahead and climb the 600 stairs up. i chose the latter as im a #brokestudent still. but it was very worth it, my legs turned jelly halfway from looking back and seeing the steep stairs. i love it 🤣
be sure to visit!! you wont regret it

Fansipan Summit
there are various ways you can reach the Fansipan Mountain. The way i did it was talking a train from the Sun Plaza station to the Cable Car station. Then we took the Cable car, before having to climb another 600 steps to reach the summit. The cost of the train + cable car (two-way) is approximately VND 1,000,000 (do check again online, or at the station itself for its updated pricing).
Avoid going during rainy seasons and/or winter seasons, as it will be very foggy and not to mention, very very very cold.
I went during end May, where the weather was amazing, we could see the valley from the summit of the mountain. Even during the summer period, the weather up on the mountain is very cooling and chilly, so do come prepared with your jackets.
There will be some food booths in case you get hungry and/or thirsty along the way of your climb up the Fansipan Mountain.

Fansipan is a mountain in Vietnam. The height of the mountain was 3,143 metres in 1909, but now the height of the mountain is 3,147.3 metres. It is the highest mountain in the Indochinese Peninsula, hence its nickname "the Roof of Indochina”
If you are planning to climb it, it is best to do this during spring or autumn. These are the seasons where you have the least change of rain and the temperatures are not too cold or hot. If you don't want to climb it you can always take the cable car up.
