[2024 Sapporo Stay] Travel Guide for Granbell Hotel Sapporo (Updated Nov)
Sapporo Trip Part 2.
I came back to Sapporo in search of gourmet food.
This time, I stayed at the Granbell Hotel Sapporo.
Although it's a bit away from the main street at South 3 West 8, it's a new and luxurious hotel.
There's an open-air bath on the top floor, which is fantastic.
The breakfast is also delicious, especially the seafood in jars.
For this trip's meals, I first got takeout from Sushiro on the 8th floor of Sapporo Parco.
For dinner, I had soup curry at Ramai.
This place is a bit away from the city center at West 10, but personally, I love it because it has the most fried vegetables compared to anywhere else. The portions are large, so if you find other soup curries lacking, I recommend this place.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is also nice, with all seats being semi-private, so you can eat at your leisure.
The next day's lunch was at Tokachi Hare in Sapporo Tokyu.
I had a set meal with sushi, tempura, soba, and chawanmushi for about 1300 yen.
The cost performance is great, and I almost always eat here when I come to Sapporo. The restaurant also has all private rooms.
Then, I saw the giant tree at Sapporo Factory and had a final drink at the beer bar Sapporo Stars in the basement of Moyuku Sapporo.
There's no cover charge here, and you can drink beer from 600 yen per glass.
Next time, I plan to visit the aquarium AOA in Moyuku.
