In fact, I highly recommend everyone to stay there. It is the famous Grand Hyatt. When you come to Dubai in the future, don’t think that there are only ordinary high-end hotels. In fact, there are many different hotels here that are really worth experiencing and seeing the different unique scenes while walking around.

This place is absolutely fantastic for suhoor! From the moment we stepped in, we were mesmerized by the gorgeous decor and warm atmosphere. The interior design strikes the perfect balance between sophistication and coziness, creating an ideal setting for a calm and enjoyable meal. Every element—lighting, table arrangements—was clearly chosen with care to elevate the experience. The service was flawless as well; the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive without overstepping. They made sure everything was just right, making us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. The food was another standout feature, offering a varied menu of delicious, well-crafted dishes. Each bite was a treat, showcasing fresh ingredients and an excellent mix of traditional and contemporary flavors.

This was our first visit to Dubai, and we couldn’t have chosen a more comfortable hotel than the Grand Hyatt. It’s just a 15-minute drive from the airport, about 20-25 minutes from Downtown (Dubai Mall), and conveniently close to Dubai Creek. Several attractions, including the Dolphinarium, Dubai Frame, and the Museum of the Future, are nearby, so there’s plenty to do. The hotel's grand scale is awe-inspiring. Our room on the second floor was luxurious, spotless, and very spacious, with excellent soundproofing. It also offered an incredible view of Dubai's skyline. This was a brief stopover on our way back to London from Mauritius, lasting three nights from December 27th. The Grand Hyatt also boasts a highly sought-after waterpark, which we enjoyed unlimited access to. Additionally, there’s a free daily shuttle service to some of Dubai’s hotspots, like Kite Beach, though we didn’t end up using it. Dining was likely the highlight of our stay. Breakfasts and dinners at the Market Cafe were something we always looked forward to. The cafe is known for its high-quality cuisine, which even attracts locals regularly. We extend a special thank you to Mohit, Rizan, Lissa, Sadam, and Majid at the Market Cafe for taking great care of us. We highly recommend the Grand Hyatt to anyone visiting Dubai who wants a luxurious and comfortable stay near the airport, away from the Downtown noise but still conveniently connected to it.

Although it's a bit far from downtown attractions, taking a taxi is quick, and importantly, Dubai's taxis are quite affordable, so you can travel with peace of mind 🚕. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was amazed by its unique location, nestled within a 37-acre grand garden, truly exuding a luxurious green ambiance 🌿. The hotel's overall decor leans modern with subtle Arabian-style details, understated yet grand. Especially the light and shadow design in the lobby, walking in felt like being instantly transported to a cool oasis in the desert. During check-in, the front desk staff were highly efficient and incredibly attentive, and a welcome drink really helped ease my travel fatigue 🥂. The room was incredibly comfortable! My room was 39 square meters, with an enormous floor-to-ceiling window offering direct views of Dubai Creek, more stunning than watching a movie 🌟. The room featured a super fluffy king-sized bed with exceptionally soft bedding – I literally didn't want to get up! The bathroom was designed with Italian marble, featuring a separate spa bathtub and shower, along with two oversized sinks, so there's no need to rush. The workspace was also very well-arranged, allowing me to easily switch to work mode by just sitting down and opening my laptop 📱. Honestly, every detail here exudes a sense of quality. The hotel's facilities are so rich that you won't want to leave! There are three temperature-controlled pools, usable all year round, and the outdoor pool area also has a children's pool and a baby pool, which the little ones absolutely loved. The Grand Spa has a steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi, all perfect for relaxation 🎶. If you love to exercise, it also offers a top-notch gym and squash courts, scoring full marks for thoughtfulness. As for dining, there are eight different options, whether you prefer Lebanese, Arabian, or international flavors, you're sure to find something satisfying. The breakfast buffet, in particular, offers an incredibly rich variety 🍳🥐. I must recommend some nearby attractions and restaurants! Experiencing a desert safari or VIP Desert Tours with Eagle Tours Dubai is incredibly exhilarating; watching the sunset over the dunes is absolutely breathtaking 🌅. For authentic Arabian cuisine, you can visit the nearby Al Khayma Heritage Restaurant & Cafe; or simply dine at the hotel's Awtar, where traditional Lebanese food and belly dancing are perfect for immersing yourself in the local culture 💃. Of course, there are minor drawbacks. The hotel is a bit far from popular downtown landmarks, so if you want to visit the Mall of the Emirates or The Dubai Fountain, you might spend a bit more time traveling. Also, service by the pool could be a little quicker; after all, when on vacation, you always want a refreshing drink in hand as soon as you emerge from the water 🍹. Overall, from its location to the check-in experience, and from its facilities to its services, this hotel definitely meets five-star standards. The longer I stayed, the more I felt pampered, and it's no wonder many people want to return after their first visit. For my next similar resort-style vacation, I will definitely choose to stay at a Grand Hyatt property again!

The service is definitely five-star! 🌟 The rooms are spacious and comfortable to the point that I didn’t want to leave—the standard room starts at 39 square meters, with a bed as soft as a cloud and bedding that is definitely five-star quality! 🌙 Standing by the window, you can overlook the Dubai Creek or the skyline. In the morning, when you open the curtains, sunlight fills the room, completely healing. Adventure lovers can book a desert tour, such as the Ideal Desert Safari or VIP Desert Tours; driving a 4x4 on the sand is really thrilling! 🏜️ For those who prefer relaxation, you can book the Eternal Spa, where professional masseuses provide excellent treatments. 🌟 If you’re a foodie, the Al Khayma Heritage Restaurant next to the hotel offers authentic Arabian local flavors, or you can enjoy a drink on the terrace at Monkey Bar, which is definitely a pleasure. The only slight downside I found is that the hotel is a bit far from some popular spots, like Dubai’s shopping malls or beaches, so you need to rely on taxis. However, Dubai’s taxis are really cheap and convenient, so this isn’t much of a problem. 🚕 Overall, my experience at the Grand Hyatt Dubai was super satisfying~ If you want to experience a luxurious Dubai vacation, this is definitely the best choice. 💎 Next time I come to Dubai, I will probably book here again because it’s just so reassuring and comfortable!

Our peaceful retreat on Dubai's outskirts was refreshing. Having previously vacationed here in 2019, we knew what to expect. It was unfortunate that the water park wasn't operational. We split our time between this spot and Delano on Bluewaters Island. The free bus to Dubai Mall was convenient, with an Uber return to the hotel. We also took an Uber to Wafi Mall nearby, ideal for essentials at the large Carrefour. We visited The Frame during our time in this part of Dubai. Our half board included meals at the Market Café Restaurant, offering great food variety, although I didn’t fancy the desserts, which is just my taste. Lissa, one of the waitstaff, was polite, helpful, and always remembered my drink order. The pool area was clean and pleasant, although smaller than before due to the water park expansion. Some construction noise was noticeable but minimal. Our room was spacious and spotless, with Balmain toiletries. Turn-down service is available upon request. We loved our stay, with the free chilled water near the towel stand as an appreciated extra. We're tempted to return once the water park opens, though maybe for fewer nights since there isn’t much nearby. We prefer JBR or areas near the metro for more outings. This hotel is excellent for pool relaxation. Nearby are bowling, cinema, and a large play area just 2 minutes away—perfect for evening activities. We enjoyed bowling and darts with our son, and drink prices were reasonable. It's puzzling the hotel doesn't promote this more, as it's perfect for families.

Just returning home after a splendid stay at The Grand Hyatt. We booked through Emirates Holidays on a half board + plan, and the photos fail to capture the true essence of the hotel. Our room featured a downtown view and included a sofa bed for our daughter. It was spacious, supplied with a few bottles of water and typical toiletries. The bathroom was very well equipped. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the market cafe; the food was exceptional with a fantastic variety and friendly service. For lunch, we tried both Panini and the pool lounge—Panini won us over with its value (midday lunch deal) and menu, though it's not ideal if you're in a rush (our lunch before an excursion felt hurried and spoiled our experience). We found the location convenient and used both the metro and taxis seamlessly, though some might desire closer attractions (Wafi Mall is just a few hundred meters away). Despite some disturbances due to other guests one evening, the hotel staff were impeccable in addressing it, offering a room change, which we declined since we had only one night left. Thanks to everyone for a truly fantastic experience.

We've visited this hotel numerous times, so we had an idea of what to anticipate, but once more, it surpassed our expectations. During our last stay, the club lounge was undergoing refurbishment. The newly revamped lounge was unexpectedly impressive, with staff providing outstanding service. The food and beverages offered here were of top-tier quality. It served as a perfect retreat from the 40-degree heat outside. All personnel were dedicated to ensuring a pleasurable stay, making us feel valued. Many staff members recognized us from past visits, offering a warm welcome back, while even the pool attendants remembered us and took excellent care of our needs. We eagerly anticipate returning in February, hopeful that the new water park will be operational by then.

This marked our family's second visit. It was fantastic. The reception team was very accommodating—we got our room within 45 minutes of arriving. Our room was wonderful, situated on the 15th floor. We were on a half-board plan with a drinks package included. Lissa at Market Place recognized us from our previous trip. She was incredibly helpful, as were all the restaurant staff. Food: This is the best cuisine I've tasted in Dubai. The diverse menu caters to all palates， with fresh ingredients. The harira soup and medium-rare beef with homemade gravy were standout dishes for me. The selection of Asian curries was fantastic， along with fresh salads and stone-baked pizzas. Desserts were a delight， and I'd return just for the date pudding with toffee sauce! Saidul， Claris， and Bindu did an outstanding job of attending to us daily in the restaurant， making our daughter's birthday extra special. Pool: We enjoyed both lazy and active days in their large pools. My daughters， aged 8 and 10， were entertained all day on their water floats and jumping into the large pool. The lifeguards struck a great balance of ensuring safety while allowing the kids the freedom to have fun. Raju greeted us every morning， cheerfully taking our towels to our seats. Pramish delighted my children with delightful ice cream daily， always putting smiles on their faces. A must-visit rice noodle restaurant when you visit Dubai! WoX is located in the basement of Grand Hyatt Dubai. Highly recommend the rice noodles and seafood fried rice!!!!
