The waiters in the hotel are generally enthusiastic. The gym is very small and the lighting is dim. It takes half an hour to get to Jinan by high-speed rail, but it's very unreasonable to take a taxi at Qufu East Station.

We chose the RMB 288 set meal for two, which allowed us to try many signature dishes and was more affordable than ordering à la carte. Breakfast is served at the JW Kitchen, with a wide variety of options. Itinerary After dining, we headed to the Confucius Museum, which was awe-inspiring and a must-visit. We originally planned to visit Nishan Sacred Land, but unfortunately, the show tickets needed to be purchased a day in advance, and we couldn't make it. Plus, it was quite far away, so we decided to skip it. We returned to the hotel for a short rest and then went to the nearby Walnut Cafe for dinner. The environment was pleasant, the atmosphere was harmonious, and the prices were reasonable. You can enjoy delicious food, fine wine, and coffee, as well as live performances. A very positive experience at this hotel, overall. Super convenient location for visiting the Confucius Temple, Mansion and Cemetery. Our room featured a small private yard, and was spacious and clean, with a well equipped bathroom. The other common facilities were not in the best condition - e.g. the swimming pool area and sauna. Also, the Marriott club lounge was closed and service was provided in the lobby area, which made it a bit weird. However, the entire stay was marked by extremely warm and helpful service from the JW team. The food in JW Kitchen - the main restaurant - was tasty and of high quality. Would recommend this hotel for tourism in Qufu.
